Wouldn't it be wonderful to have a very special place where you could go and just be? A place where you could breathe in tranquility and shed your worries? A place designed exclusively for you, filled with the stillness and quiet you deserve? Your special place is within you right now, waiting to be brought into existence - to bring you that tranquility.
Sacred space is essential in today's world for inner peace and wellbeing. As a Woman of Intention, you will learn what sacred space is and how it is used. Together, we will design a collective altar as a focal point of sacred space that you will then be able to recreate with your own special articles at home. We will talk about sacred sites, experiences, objects and rites. You will learn how different cultures create sacred space and how you can use those techniques to create sacred space in your home, office, or garden.
Regina is a relationship coach, body energy worker, and shamanic practitioner from the Pittsburgh area. Her skills come to her both naturally and from teachers of diverse spiritual backgrounds. She holds a BA in Sociology with minor degrees in Religious Studies, Women's Studies, and Psychology. She feels most honored when assisting clients in discovering and clearing challenges so that they may live comfortably in the present moment and move with focused direction into the future. As I have said before, my intention is for you to "expect the unexpected" when you attend the WOI gatherings. Although the content will be ever changing, the camaraderie and sisterhood you will experience will be a constant joy. Where else can you go, be in the company of like-minded women, women you may have just met, and feel a kinship, a connection? Try it. You most likely will be coming back.
