Join us for this program on writing and sound therapy – the perfect combination for accessing your inner strengths enabling you to create a life filled with more joy, more freedom and more opportunities to live the life you desire.

At November’s WOI, two dynamic women Angel Pricer and Lana Ryder-Rosner will lead us through processes that will reconnect us with our inner and outer voices. Angel’s writing exercise will facilitate your discovering what your own version of freedom looks and feels like enabling you to create a new, supportive relationship with yourself and your thoughts.

Lana will be explaining the benefits of using sound, voice and music in promoting good health and healing. You will leave the evening with simple, practical new ways of using your voice and other sounds to de-stress, heal and create what you want to happen in your life.

A compassionate lover of life and the human experience, Angel Pricer has devoted herself to the exploration of being human and mirroring her findings to those in search of themselves. She believes that truth lives inside each individual and cannot be taught from sources outside oneself. Angel offers both group workshops and individual sessions to create the space to express the essence of who they are in a safe and nurturing environment.
