Vicki Fox, founder of Women of Intention, shares practices she has learned from 23 years of experience as a Kundalini Yoga student and her recent Kundalini Teacher Training enabling you to bring more peace into your life.

Prana is our life force. You will learn ways of connecting your breath with your body, experiencing changes in your thoughts and energy.

To live our purpose and serve in the world , it is important we take care of ourselves and spend time in ways which nourish, nuture and revitalize us. During our time together, we will discuss and explore the many options available to us.

Women of Intention's mission is fostering the growth, nurturance and sustainability of a community of like-minded women who support each other in living our dreams. It is not a business networking group, but rather a place where we network our souls. Now more than ever, there is a need for collaboration and working together for the higher good of all.

As our practice at WOI gatherings, there will be an opportunity for each woman present to share what they are up to so we may support each other in creating a better world. There is a community table on which to place business cards, flyers and other material.

At all future WOI events, you will learn of a WOI woman's project. Rachel Pallis is a Bra Recycling Ambassador for The Bra Recyclers. The Bra Recyclers recycle gently used and new bras to women in need at Domestic Violence Shelters, Homeless Shelters and in Transitional housing throughout the United States. Rachel will be collecting bras at our January event, primarily for distribution to the Shalom House, right here in Harrisburg! This is a great opportunity to help a woman in need in a unique way. So DON'T BURN THEM! BRING THEM!. WE NEED THE SUPPORT!
