Women of Intention... How many times have you heard "you have all you need inside you to heal,
to find joy, to live a meaningful life," know it to be true, yet wondered how do I access it? Might it be that our culture
and upbringing have us connected to our mind and disconnected from our body and heart? What would it be like if
we were truly in our bodies and lived from a place of presence?
Join Ria Swift, healer, mentor and trainer as she takes us on a journey back home to the
center of ourselves. Ria will teach us how to use our breath to relax our mind and get in touch with our body.
Reconnecting with our body, we are fully present in the moment and are able to release old nagging thoughts
that create needless emotions. In this state of being still, we are able to access our power.
At the end of her talk, Ria will bring us to a place of complete stillness and quiet where Angels live and Light fills your body.
Carol Ria has been practicing Alternative Therapies since she used them to heal her 2nd and 3rd cancers.
Her practice has evolved to a place where Beings of Light and Angels work with her to heal you and the planet.
