How are you living an intentional life? I honestly can't remember not living an intentional life, although way back when, it didn't really have a name.  I had great role models in my mother and grandmother who taught me to be honest, compassionate, and responsible.  I've been fortunate to have had other teachers who have helped me focus my intentions and expand my awareness.

What are you most passionate about? I am most passionate about healing the built environment. I believe that we each create our space, and that space, in turn, shapes us. Knowing this can be a very powerful tool. When a space (home or office) is balanced, harmonious and energy flows easily, it can be very healing.

What is one practice that you engage in that keeps you mindful and on track with what is most important to you?  Yoga, definitely yoga. The longer I practice and the more I learn, the more aware I become. This has had a profound effect on all aspects of my everyday life.

She writes specifications for green school as El Assoc., and pursues her love of residential work at her own firm, Change of Place. She strives to live lighter on the land, in her small house, with her husband and two rescued dogs.
