How are you living an intentional life? My intention is to live as my Authentic Self. In 1992 I made a commitment to the Universe that my heart's desire was to heal all that was inauthentic so that I could be a shining light in the world. It has been quite a journey of honesty, soul searching and letting go. I have had studied many metaphysical and spiritual paths. I have created my life around helping others. Some say that I am a light house standing firm on the shores shining light for those who are looking for love and support as they make they way on their Spiritual journey.

What are you most passionate about? I am most passionate about living my Authentic Self and support other's desire to do the same.

How do you stay on track?  I focus on living a balance in body, mind, emotions and spirit. Physically I walk everyday. And frequently I ride my bicycle, exercise and have fun outside with friends. Emotionally I process whatever comes up and make sure I have lots of laughter in my life. Spiritually I meditate, practice yoga, and have an ongoing dialogue with my inner spirit guides.
