How are you living an intentional life? Through choosing at the beginning of each day to reaffirm and connect anew to my life path and passions. I use meditative prayer, writing and some form of sound, whether singing, chanting, toning, listening to music or the sounds of nature while walking or using a singing bowl, drum, or other instrument to keep my whole self in balance.

What are you most passionate about? Living an authentic life in every area, in every relationship and most importantly within myself. This means specifically for me to live what I teach about sound, creating, healing, loving, forgiving and serving others to make my little corner of the world a better place. I love the healing and creative work that I do and the music that is woven all through my life. I am most passionate about the healing arts and music, and have been blessed with many opportunities to share, mentor and teach others. In turn, it is a tremendous blessing to see students go on and teach, like the ripple effect.

How do you stay on track?  My daily setting of intentions as mentioned in the first question, and then reminding myself to come from a place of love and gratitude when making decisions each day, rather than a place of fear and insecurity. Some days I do better than others!
